Customs, Duties and Taxes

All prices are exclusive of, and the buyer is responsible for, all fees and taxes, including custom duties, importation fees, sales, use, withholding, gross revenue and like taxes, dues and charges assessed or incurred in connection with the provision of Product under the Agreement and insurance costs.


Payment Options

  • Credit card – Blu5 uses PayPal to handle credit card payments. It is possible for the buyer to pay by credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
  • Bank Transfer – Blu5 accepts payments via bank transfer however, if funds are not received within 7 working days, Blu5 reserves the right to cancel the order

Shipping

Express is the main delivery option available for all products. Express deliveries are shipped using DHL.
The shipment term for all deliveries is Incoterms Ex Works. Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the goods are placed in the possession of a common carrier. Claims against the carrier shall be the responsibility of the Buyer, and claims against the Company for patent defects or errors must be made in writing.

Flat rate shipping cost can be found after products have been added to the shopping cart. Note that nothing is stored or sent to us until the “Place Order” button is clicked.

We will endeavour to ship the goods within three (3) weeks from order for payments via PayPal and three (3) weeks from receipt of funds for payments via bank transfer. The actual delivery time will be confirmed on a separate order acknowledgement to the email address provided in the order. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact the sales department.
Delivery days quoted are business days and do not include weekends and bank holidays. An email notification on your delivery status and its tracking number will be sent after your order has been dispatched by our delivery agent.
